How long is the shipping and handling process? 


Standard Shipping is 5-10 business days. Depending on our stock your hair will come faster. THIS TIME FRAME DOES NOT INCLUDE CUSTOM ORDERS. 


**PLEASE UNDERSTAND, DUE TO COVID, SHIPPING TIMES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED DUE TO INVENTORY COMING FROM OVERSEAS. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD WHEN PURCHASING TO ENSURE YOUR PACKAGES ARRIVE WHEN YOU NEED THEM TO. 

** Please understand processing and shipping are two different things. Please do not wait until the last minute to order. IF we have the hair on hand you will get it a lot sooner it depends on what's in stock.

 - For all orders that pay for express shipping it will be sent out the following business day AFTER the processing time. 

 

-- WE DO NOT SHIP ON HOLIDAYS OR SUNDAYS

-Please contact US postal service if package is delayed. Once the package has been shipped, we do not control how it is delivered from the carrier. Certain delays are out of my control. 

** Processing occurs Monday- Friday. If you place an order on Friday, your order will be processed the following business day. 

How long does it take for custom units to ship?

Please allow at least 10-15 days to receive any custom or raw order. All custom orders are done by hand and each item is made as the orders are placed. I will be in contact when your order will be sent out and tracking numbers will be available and sent to your email on file.

How many bundles do i need for the perfect install?

12 - 14 inches ...... 2-3 Bundles

16-18 inches ....... 3 Bundles 

20-24 inches ........ 3-4 Bundles

26 - 30.... 4 plus Bundles

** This varies depending on your headsize and the density you would like your install to have. 

 

 

Can I change my order once it's placed?

Orders can not be changed or altered.
 

Do you all offer Refunds?
All sales are FINAL, NO refunds. If there is something wrong with your order, we will exchange it for the right item. The order must be returned within 7 days with no damages. Meaning the bundle wrap and tag is still in tact and the hair or items seal has not been broken.
